NFU COLLEGE CONFERENCE ON COOPERATIVES

The National Farmers Union College Conference on Cooperatives is the place to learn the basics or build on your existing knowledge of cooperatives.
This national conference brings together college students and others from across the country to explore the value of co-ops such as supply, service, marketing, and worker co-ops. Tours include co-ops ranging from food and senior housing to CHS, Inc.

SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE TO KANSAS COLLEGE AND TECH SCHOOL STUDENTS
As a strong believer of the value of co-ops, Kansas Farmers Union wants to insure that the conference registration fee is not a barrier to any student who would like to attend. KFU covers the $75 conference registration fee for student attendees! Hotel and most meals are included in the registration fee. In addition to the registration scholarship, KFU provides transportation to the conference via a charter bus.

Students are responsible for:
Transportation to the charter bus pick-up location (Salina, Beatrice NE, or Lincoln NE)
Thursday lunch during travel to MN and Friday dinner

The registration deadline is this Friday!
Please email Mercedes if you are interested in attending the conference on the KFU scholarship.
