Leon AtwellLeon Atwell began coaching managers and executives in the early 90’s. His work has since evolved into helping business, community leaders and governing boards strengthen their capacity to lead. He has coached leaders of corporate, family, transition, high growth and startup enterprises through complex issues and brought leadership improvements to non-profit, healthcare and development entities. Leon recently co-founded Advancing Rural Prosperity, Inc. and is on the coaching team for the Kansas Hometown Prosperity and the Kansas Entrepreneurial Communities Initiatives to combat rural community decline. He has an undergraduate technical degree from Kansas State University and a graduate behavioral degree from Sam Houston State University. Leon is Affiliate Faculty with the Kansas Leadership Center (KLC) as a leadership coach. A fourth generation Kansan, he enjoys being a dad and helping run a family business.
