Jim HoyJoin us on Saturday, August 29th as we explore the Flint Hills region in Chase County.

The day begins at Pioneer Bluffs, a center for prairie heritage education, where we’ll have a local foods lunch and also get tour of the farm.

After lunch we’ll soak up a little history of Cottonwood Falls and explore the Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve before heading to the Flying W Ranch for supper and evening entertainment.

Registration is $50 per person and includes lunch, dinner and tour fees. Lunch or dinner only options are also available.
The day’s events are open to the public. Meals and tours have a fee, but the evening entertainment is free.

If time permits, please consider visiting the shops downtown or checking out the falls, dam and historic bridge located north on Broadway at Mill St.

Enjoy Visitors Center video and exhibits, self-guided tour of Spring Hill Farm and Stock Ranch.
5:00-5:15 pm Arrive at Flying W Ranch
5:30 pm Chuck Wagon Supper
6:30 pm Evening Entertainment
